Mrs. Exerjian, known to her students and parents as Mrs. Ex, is in her sixth year as a Specialized Academic Instructor and has been dedicated to special education for nine years. Her teaching specialty is helping students on IEPs get confident in their learning. Before stepping into her role as a special education teacher, she gained valuable experience working as a paraprofessional, a Kindergarten aide, and an Applied Behavioral Analysis therapist. Mrs. Ex earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013 and later completed her Education Specialist Mild/Moderate credential at San Diego State University in 2019.
She’s a true San Diego local, hailing from Pacific Beach! She loves all things ocean and knows many facts about marine biology. Her favorite thing about JCS is chaperoning the annual Catalina Island overnight field trip.
