Lizeth Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies, with an emphasis in Child & Family Advocacy through BYU Idaho and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree through Santa Clara University.  After six years as a preschool teacher and director, she most recently taught Transitional Kindergarten in Carlsbad. Mrs. Rodriguez is eager to venture into Kindergarten at JCS Cedar Cove DLI with her combined passions for literacy, children, and bilingual education.  

She is a wife and mom of four with children in High School, Middle School and Elementary School! When not in the classroom, she can be found spending time with  family watching them in basketball, lacrosse, ballet or theater. She loves movie nights and and soaking up the beautiful California weather while running, hiking, or relaxing at the beach. Some of her favorite authors are Emily Henry, Laura Dave and Abby Jimenez.  She can’t wait to share her passions with our JCS Family!
